1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the bdt4 platform at bdt4.club — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and any related services — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you accept them without reservation. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform, regardless of whether you have completed account registration.

bdt4 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised document will be published at this address with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the bdt4 platform after any update is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting bdt4 support.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the bdt4 platform, including casual visitors, registered account holders, and VIP members. They apply equally to users accessing bdt4 via a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other technology.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a bdt4 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing bdt4 as an individual, in your own name, and on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You have not previously had a bdt4 account closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, abuse, or any other cause related to breach of this agreement.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction and are not using a self-exclusion tool that would otherwise prohibit your access to gambling services.

bdt4 may, at its sole discretion, require documentary verification of age, identity, or residency at any point. Documents commonly requested include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bdt4 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or parallel accounts by a single person — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bdt4 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or bonus funds held within them.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, a valid email address, a phone number accessible to you, and your date of birth. You must not impersonate any other person, use a fictitious identity, or supply false information. bdt4 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.1 Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdt4 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdt4 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all account holders at no charge and provides a meaningful additional layer of security against unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify bdt4 support at [email protected] immediately. bdt4 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or your failure to promptly report a suspected breach.

3.2 One Account per Household

Only one bdt4 account is permitted per household address. Where multiple accounts are detected at the same address, bdt4 may request documentation and conduct a review. This policy exists to prevent abuse of welcome bonuses and promotional offers, which are intended for new individual players only.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt4 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at bdt4 is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-tier deposits may require additional verification. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties will be returned and the account may be flagged for review.

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdt4 balance within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits generally settle within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your balance.
• bdt4 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — please check with your provider before initiating a transfer.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals at bdt4 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, bdt4 may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification review. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used. This is a standard industry procedure and is implemented to protect account holders against fraud and identity theft.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

bdt4 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to any given bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the allotted time will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus balance.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered accounts only — one per person, per household, and per payment method.
• bdt4 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• bdt4 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting strategies, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the bdt4 platform are required to conduct themselves lawfully and in good faith at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to poker, live dealer tables, and multiplayer crash games.
• Money laundering: Using the bdt4 platform to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. bdt4 is committed to full compliance with applicable AML standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of any technical glitch, error, miscalculation, or malfunction in the platform's software, game engine, or payment processing system. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated method to play games or place bets on bdt4 without the express written consent of bdt4 management.
• Abuse of staff: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward any bdt4 customer support agent or other staff member, whether by email or any other communication channel.
• Underage access: Registering an account or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by a minor.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bdt4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or abuse of promotional offers.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to any applicable dormancy policy communicated to you in advance.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any balance held in the account (including real-money funds and bonus funds) may be forfeited at bdt4's discretion. Where an account is closed due to inactivity or at the account holder's own request, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after any applicable verification checks have been completed.

If you wish to close your bdt4 account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting bdt4 support at [email protected] with a clear written request. Self-exclusion requests are treated as permanent closures and will take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed by our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

The bdt4 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While bdt4 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, and error-free access to its services, it does not warrant that the platform will always be available, free from bugs, or completely secure. Planned maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur and will be communicated to users wherever practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt4 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the bdt4 platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Losses arising from delays, interruptions, or errors in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, or banking institutions).
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that contains a material error, provided that bdt4 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon becoming aware of them.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of your use of the bdt4 platform, even if bdt4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes bdt4's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bdt4 operates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. bdt4 encourages users to contact support in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
